This Philly cheesesteak sandwich is loaded with tender bites of steak, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and mozzarella cheese. It is a good choice if you want to make something different for lunch or dinner. Also, it is suitable for taking on picnics.
Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium to high heat. Add the steak slices, salt, black pepper, and paprika and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Then transfer the steak to a bowl.
In the same skillet add onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes or until cooked (you may need to add a tablespoon of oil). Transfer the veggies in the same bowl with the steak, mix. Add cream cheese and mozzarella, mix well.
Cut your sandwich rolls lengthwise then fill with the steak mixture. Serve.
