Instructions
Crack the egg in a large microwave-safe mug, whisk.

Add powdered Erythritol and vanilla extract and whisk again.

After that, add the butter and whisk.

Stir in almond flour, baking powder, unsweetened cocoa powder and coconut flour.

½ teaspoon Baking powder
Finally, stir in the water until combined, then fold in the unsweetened dark chocolate chips.

Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top (optional). Microwave for 90 seconds.
Notes
Don't overbake the cake; otherwise, it will turn out dry.
Use ingredients at room temperature, which allows all the ingredients to combine well.
