Instructions
Firstly, wash the chicken liver thoroughly then drain.
In a small bowl add the chicken liver, onion, garlic, melted butter and the lemon juice.
Use a spoon to combine everything carefully because the chicken liver is so soft and tender.
After that, add the spices and the parsley.
Then, give it another stir.
Leave it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Put your grill or skillet on medium heat and let it heat before adding the chicken liver.
Then, grill the chicken liver for about 10 minutes on each side.
Garnish with some chopped parsley.
Serve hot.
Notes
You can serve it with some tomatoes or any salads you fancy.
Also, for a full meal, you can serve it with some cooked or grilled veggies like broccoli or spinach.
Another way to serve it is some gherkins or green olives.
