- Chicken liver
- Fresh lemon juice
- Garlic
- Butter
- Onion
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley
How To Cook Chicken Liver?
- Firstly, wash the chicken liver thoroughly then drain.
- In a small bowl add the chicken liver, onion, garlic, melted butter and the lemon juice.
- Use a spoon to combine everything carefully because the chicken liver is so soft and tender.
- After that, add the spices and the parsley.
- Then, give it another stir.
- Leave it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
- After that, put your grill or skillet on medium heat and let it heat before adding the chicken liver.
- Then, grill the chicken liver for about 10 minutes on each side.
- Finally, garnish with some chopped parsley.
- Serve hot.
