Fresh lemon juice
Garlic
Butter
Onion
Salt
Ground black pepper
Red pepper flakes
Fresh parsley

How To Cook Chicken Liver:

  • Firstly, wash the chicken liver thoroughly then drain.
  • In a small bowl add the chicken liver, onion, garlic, melted butter and the lemon juice.
  • Use a spoon to combine everything carefully because the chicken liver is so soft and tender.
  • After that, add the spices and the parsley.
  • Then, give it another stir.
  • Leave it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • After that, put your grill or skillet on medium heat and let it heat before adding the chicken liver.
  • Then, grill the chicken liver for about 10 minutes on each side.
  • Finally, garnish with some chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot.

How To Serve Chicken Liver:

You can serve it with some tomatoes or any salads you fancy.
Also, for a full meal, you can sever it with some cooked or grilled veggies like broccoli or spinach.
