    For me, the best type of seafood is prawns; they are also the ones I prefer to cook them as they are not only quick and easy to make but are also tasty.

    Today we will make spicy prawns with tomato sauce. It is a delicious and healthy recipe. First of all, before we jump to the recipe, let me tell you some of the prawns' benefits for your body.

    How to Make Prawns In Chilli, Garlic And Tomato Sauce?

    How to make the recipe
    • Firstly, place the prawns in a small pot.
    • Then, add all other ingredients and stir over medium heat.
    • Cook for 5 minutes.
    • After that, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or basil.
    • Serve hot.

    • For having the excellent taste, don't skip the Chinese 5 spice, it is so important because it gives the fantastic taste to the prawn, it is like the star in this recipe. Otherwise, you can make changes in spices to what you prefer.
    • If you don't like it too spicy, just skip the red pepper flakes.
    • Love it cheesy; just top it with shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese melts.
    • You may add some veggies to this dish, such as spring onion, baby corn, bell pepper and spinach.
    • Replace olive oil with butter if you like.

    • ½ cup tomato sauce
    • 2 teaspoon sweet and chilli sauce
    • 2 cloves garlic , minced
    • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • ¼ teaspoon chinese 5 spices
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Instructions

    • Place the prawns in a small pot.
