I got tired of steaming or boiling cauliflower, so I decided to make this vegan oven roasted garlic cauliflower, flavored with garlic and lemon, and roasted until crispy. SOO GOOD!

    Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Recipe

This cauliflower recipe is incredibly easy to make and will be ready in just 45 minutes. So far, this is my favorite way to add cauliflower to my dinner.

The recipe is sooo delicious, and quick; Just drizzle the cauliflower with some salt, pepper and olive oil, then roast it in the oven at a high temperature, and you will have the best side dish ever.

I like to serve this dish with Savoury Mince, Chicken Fajita Nachos, Paprika Chicken Pasta or Spicy Garlic Shrimp.
