Ingredients you will need to make the cauliflower cheese:
- large cauliflower, cut into small florets
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- Eggs

How to make the cauliflower cheese recipe:


- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Then, cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- After that, use the food processor to mince the small florets and form cauliflower rice.
- Then, microwave the cauliflower rice for 4 minutes and leave it to cool for 5 minutes.
- Place an amount of the cauliflower in a tea towel and wring dry. Repeat with the rest of the cauliflower.
- After that, add the eggs, all the spices and some cheddar cheese to the cauliflower rice. Then mix using a spatula.
- Grease a loaf pan very well.
- Then, add half of the cauliflower rice mixture in the loaf pan.
- After that, add a layer of cheddar cheese over the cauliflower rice mixture.
- Then, add the rest of the mixture and spread evenly.
- Finally, add the last layer of the cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Then, remove the cauliflower cheese from the oven and garnish with some dry parsley (optional).
- Serve hot or cool.

Tips for better keto side dish:
- Dry the cauliflower rice well.
- Use any spices you prefer; some people do not like the taste of the Italian seasoning. So, feel free to change it.
- Garnish with some dry parsley if you like.
