This Cauliflower Cheese Bread Recipe is an easy vegetarian side dish that is made with only 3 main ingredients along with some seasonings.

Cauliflower cheese bread and some tomatoes.

This morning, I scratched my head trying to find a vegetarian dish to go with my Crispy Chicken Patties, and I remembered this recipe that I used to make a long time ago when I was following a low-carb diet.

This dish is amazing. I can't recommend it enough. Today, I will share with you my old vegetarian dish that is AMAZING with almost any meat dish.

    Ingredients

    • Cauliflower head: I cut it into small florets.
    • Cheddar cheese: I love to grate my own cheese at home.
    • Eggs: I use 2 large eggs.
    • Seasonings: I use black pepper, garlic powder, chilli powder, Italian seasoning, dry basil and salt.

    • Dry the cauliflower rice well.
    • Use any spices you prefer; some people do not like the taste of Italian seasoning. So, feel free to change it.
