Chicken bites are absolutely my favorite lunch. Tender, juicy bite-sized chunks of chicken breast are pan-seared and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, then fried until golden brown.

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
It's a very easy recipe for beginners, especially if you're new to cooking. All the ingredients of this recipe are handy. Above all, this recipe takes only 15 to 20 minutes to cook.
You'll Need
- Chicken breasts: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size. If you prefer thighs you can also use them.
- Butter: I use unsalted.
- Olive oil: I fry the chicken in mix of oil and butter.
- Parsley: I use fresh parsley.
- Garlic: I use a lot of garlic, about seven cloves. They are finely minced.
- All-purpose flour: All-purpose flour makes the garlic butter chicken bites crispy.
- Ground black pepper and Salt: To taste.
- Dry basil
How to make these garlic butter chicken bites?

Preparation: Wash the chicken breasts, then cut them into bite-size pieces.
Step by step process
- Pat the chicken to dry by using a paper towel.
- Sprinkle flour, salt, black pepper, and basil over the chicken.
Reminder: Make sure all the chicken pieces are evenly coated. - Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add the chicken pieces in a single layer.
Note: If your skillet isn't big enough, you may need to cook the chicken in batches. - Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, then flip on the other side and cook for more than 2 minutes.
- Garnish with garlic and parsley. Cook for one more minute. Then turn off the heat and serve.

Top Tips
- Do not overcrowd the skillet with the chicken pieces. The overcrowded garlic butter chicken bites start releasing water which results in steamed chicken rather than crispy bites.
- The secret to super tender and crispy garlic butter chicken bites is to ensure that the pan is hot before adding the chicken bites to the pan.
- Make sure the garlic isn't overcooked! Garlic doesn't need to be cooked for significant periods.

I eat mostly chicken breasts for my protein every day. I thought I had made it all, and then I found this recipe. Very tasty and extremely easy.
One thing I NEVER do is wash chicken.
I’ve been cooking for 40-plus years. In all those years, there were many chicken recipes. I’ve been told by Chefs and Bakers to NEVER wash chicken. Cross-contamination is way too prevalent. Same with Turkey. Avian flu is rampant now.
Back to this recipe: ENJOY !!!♥️

I've been wanting to try this, but not for our kids, with the garlic. Finally, kids are off skiing. Made this delicious and juicy chicken and paired it with stuffed mushroom caps for a parents only dinner. So good!
