Garlic butter chicken bites are absolutely an easy dish. Tender, juicy bite-sized chunks of chicken breast are pan-seared and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, then fried until golden brown.
Wash the chicken breasts, then cut them into bite sie prices.
Pat the chicken dry using a paper towel.
Sprinkle flour, salt, black pepper and basil over the chicken (make sure all the chicken pieces are evenly coated).
Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the butter melted, add the chicken pieces in a single layer (if your skillet isn't big enough, you may need to cook the chicken in batches).
Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, then flip on the other side and cook for more 2 minutes.
Add the garlic and parsley, cook for one more minute, then turn off the heat and serve.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the skillet with the chicken pieces. The overcrowded chicken bites start releasing water which results in steamed chicken rather than crispy bites.
The secret to super tender and crispy garlic butter chicken bites is to ensure that the pan is hot before adding the chicken bites to the pan.
