Ingredients

full fat milk

water

teabags

teaspoon
dark cocoa powder

brown sugar

chocolate chips
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine milk, cocoa powder, water and sugar over medium heat. Then bring it to boil.
½ cup full fat milk,
2 cups water,
2 teaspoon brown sugar,
2 teaspoon dark cocoa powder
Add the tea bags and boil for 2-3 minutes, then take out the tea bags and add the chocolate and let it melt.
2 teabags,
4 tablespoon chocolate chips
Pour the chocolate milk tea into a cup and serve hot.
Notes
I highly recommend using high-quality tea and cocoa powder for this recipe.
