Easy Quorn Bolognese
Quorn Bolognese is an absolutely amazing meat-free meal that's ready in 30 minutes. A Quorn mince and fresh veggies cooked in Bolognese sauce.

Instructions
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook all the veggies on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add thyme, bay leaf, rosemary and basil, and stir everything together.
Stir in the frozen Quorn mince (stir frequently) for a minute to break up.
Mix in the tomato sauce, stock, and tomato puree.
Cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes (stirring frequently).
Garnish with some chopped parsley and serve immediately.
