Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F and line a 3x18 cm cake tins with parchment paper so the cakes don't get stuck in the tin.
Crack the eggs in a bowl, then whisking them with the electric whisk until fluffy.

Add sugar then whisk again.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder then whisk one more time.

To have three equal size layers, use a measuring cup to divide the batter in the three baking dishes.
Bake for 23-25 minutes, get out of the oven and let them cool completely before taking them out of the tins.
Notes
Using 3 cake tins bigger than 18cm could make the cake so thin. However, you may use 2x20 cm cake tins or just one 22cm cake tin.
