Fish Rice is an easy, one-pan recipe in which fried fish tossed with rice and crunchy vegetables; it is the quickest comfort food you can whip up in less than 30 minutes.
Prepare the fish: Cut the fish into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
450 g Sea bass, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground black pepper
In a bowl, mix cornstarch with ¼ cup of water.

Now, toss the fish into the Pour cornstarch mixture, mix to coat, then put in the fridge until needed.
Cook the rice: Wash the rice, put it in a small pot with 2 cups of water and ½ teaspoon salt, and bring to a boil. Keep cooking until almost all the water evaporates, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Prepare your vegetables: Chop the onions, carrots, bell pepper and grate the garlic.

Heat the oil in a large pan, put the fish pieces in a single layer in tn the pan and fry for 5-6 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown.

Wipe the pan with a paper towel, drizzle with oil, add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds, then add the onion, carrots and bell pepper and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the red pepper flakes, salt and soy sauce, mix everything together, then push them aside with a wooden spoon and pour the beaten eggs into the clear side of the pan. Cook the egg until firm, then mix it with the veggies in the pan.

Add the cooked rice while and fried fish, gently mix, then turn off the heat.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.

Notes
Use a fork to test if the fish is fried completely. If the Fish flakes easily with a fork, it is done. Use a fork and check both sides of the fish, before taking it off the pan.
