Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoon dried coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon dried lemon zest
Instructions
- Mix all the spices until they are well combined, store them in a glass jar, and keep the jar in a dry place such as your kitchen cabinet.
Notes
Using funnel is a good idea. It helps pour ground spices into jars without making a mess.
How Much Of This Seasoning Should I Use?
How much seasoning you add to the fish you’re going to put in the tacos is totally up to you. However, I use two tablespoons of this seasoning for each 1 lb of fish, which is the perfect ratio.
