Instructions
Place the cookies in the food processor and pulse until ground.

Put the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat the chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted.
Place ground cookies in a bowl and mix in milk, melted chocolate and melted butter until combined.

Cover the bowl will plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Roll 1 teaspoon of balls and place them on parchment paper. Put them in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
Drop the frozen balls in the melted chocolate and use put them on parchment paper. Now, put them back in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
250 g white chocolate
Transfer the rest of the melted white chocolate into a Ziploc bag, cut the corner and drizzle it onto the truffles. Put 2 Candy eyeballs in each ball.

Notes
You can also melt your chocolate using the stove top; double broilers work best and make it easy for you to melt chocolates.
