In a small bowl, mash the softened butter with a fork and add in sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until well combined.
Spread the mixture equally over the bread.
Place toast on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
Make sure that the butter you will be using for this recipe is at room temperature, otherwise, it will not give the desired texture to the toast. Butter at room temperature will mix well with the other ingredients and will be evenly applied to the bread.
