Low Carb Nut Bars For Snacks
If you are a fan of nut bars, then this recipe is definitely for you. My low-carb snack bars are super crunchy and incredibly delicious. You will put them together in less than 5 minutes, and they are sugar-free and gluten-free.

Sunflower Seeds

Shredded coconut

Peanut butter

No sugar added maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Line a 20x20cm baking dish with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, add all the nuts and seeds and shredded coconut then mix well.
Add the melted butter then mix thoroughly.
Add the peanut butter (that is at room temperature) and combine well with all the nuts.
Add the sugar-free maple syrup and mix one more time.
Spread the mixture in the baking dish and press it with the palm of your hands firmly until it holds together. Refrigerate it for at least 2-3 hours.
After that, remove it from the refrigerator, cut it into small rectangles, and serve or keep it in the fridge.
Notes
In order for these bars to hold their shape, you need to press them firmly in the pan.
