Oreo chocolate cookies

Instructions
Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners and put 1 Oreo cookie in each of the muffin cups.
Place the remaining Oreos in a large ziptop bag and crush using a rolling pin.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream and salt until smooth about 1-2 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Now, fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Stir in half of the crushed Oreos.
Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup, smooth the top, then sprinkle all over with remaining crushed Oreos.
Place the cheesecake bites in the fridge for 4-6 hours until firm.
Notes
Make sure to use room-temperature cream cheese to ensure it will whisk up easily and evenly without lumps.
