When I want to make a treat without making a huge mess in my kitchen, I usually make these no-bake Oreo cheesecake bites with Philadelphia cream cheese.

These taste AMAZING with their cookies and cream flavor combined with the cheesecake filling. They also have a SUPER smooth and creamy texture and are easy to make.

Those who love cookies and cream will go crazy over these bites, I LOVE them and my kids go crazy over them!

I serve these oreo cheesecake mini bites as a snack or dessert. They are also fantastic for holidays while the whole family is at home for Christmas.

I love them because I don't need to mess with my oven. These cheesecake bites are a no-bake recipe that takes less effort and time to make.

Note: This is an overview of the ingredients. See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.

Oreo Cookies. I use Oreo cookies in both the crust and the filling

Cream Cheese. I use full-fat Philadelphia cream cheese.

Tip: Make sure to use room-temperature cream cheese to ensure it will whisk up easily and evenly without lumps.

Granulated Sugar. To sweeten the creamy mixture.

Sour Cream. Thick, rich, and creamy; just the suitable ingredient for a better cheesecake bites.

Heavy Cream. It adds thicker and richer consistency and flavor to the cheesecake.

Vanilla Extract. To flavor the cheesecake.

    How To Make Them

Place the remaining cookies in a large ziptop bag and crush

One: Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners and put 1 Oreo cooki in each of the muffin cups.

Two: Place the remaining Oreos in a large ziptop bag and crush using a rolling pin.

Tip: You don't have to remove or scrape off the fillings of your oreo chocolate cookies.

beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and sour cream
fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Three: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream and salt until smooth about 1-2 minutes.

Four: In another mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Five: Now, fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.

Six: Stir in half of the crushed Oreos.

Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup.

Seven: Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup, smooth the top, then sprinkle all over with remaining crushed Oreos.

Eight: Place the cheesecake bites in the fridge for 4-6 hours until firm.

Best way to store therm: Put them in an airtight container, refrigerate them for 4-5 days, or freeze them for 1-2 months.
