When I want to make a treat without making a huge mess in my kitchen, I usually make these no-bake Oreo cheesecake bites with Philadelphia cream cheese.
These taste AMAZING with their cookies and cream flavor combined with the cheesecake filling. They also have a SUPER smooth and creamy texture and are easy to make.
Oreo Cheesecake Bites
Those who love cookies and cream will go crazy over these bites, I LOVE them and my kids go crazy over them!
I serve these oreo cheesecake mini bites as a snack or dessert. They are also fantastic for holidays while the whole family is at home for Christmas.
I love them because I don't need to mess with my oven. These cheesecake bites are a no-bake recipe that takes less effort and time to make.
You'll Need

Oreo Cookies. I use Oreo cookies in both the crust and the filling
Cream Cheese. I use full-fat Philadelphia cream cheese.
Tip: Make sure to use room-temperature cream cheese to ensure it will whisk up easily and evenly without lumps.
Granulated Sugar. To sweeten the creamy mixture.
Sour Cream. Thick, rich, and creamy; just the suitable ingredient for a better cheesecake bites.
Heavy Cream. It adds thicker and richer consistency and flavor to the cheesecake.
Vanilla Extract. To flavor the cheesecake.
How To Make Them
One: Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners and put 1 Oreo cooki in each of the muffin cups.
Two: Place the remaining Oreos in a large ziptop bag and crush using a rolling pin.
Tip: You don't have to remove or scrape off the fillings of your oreo chocolate cookies.
Three: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream and salt until smooth about 1-2 minutes.
Four: In another mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Five: Now, fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Six: Stir in half of the crushed Oreos.
Seven: Spoon the mixture into each muffin cup, smooth the top, then sprinkle all over with remaining crushed Oreos.
Eight: Place the cheesecake bites in the fridge for 4-6 hours until firm.
Best way to store therm: Put them in an airtight container, refrigerate them for 4-5 days, or freeze them for 1-2 months.
