1 ½ cups Plain Flour, ½ teaspoon Salt, 1 ½ tablespoon Fast Action Dried Yeast, 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
Mix in olive oil and water until bringing the dough together.
2 tablespoon Olive Oil, ½ cup Lukewarm Water
Now, knead the dough for 1-2 minutes on a clean and lightly floured work surface.
Put the dough back in the bowl and cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 35-45 minutes in a warm place.
Now, put the dough in a ziplock bag and keep it in the fridge for later use.
You can also top it with your favourit sauce and toppings, then bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes at 220°c/428°f.
Notes
You can make this pizza dough three days ahead of time before you use it for your homemade pizza. Just place it in a ziplock before you refrigerate it.
