The Best Kimchi Pizza
Kimchi Pizza is a delicious combination of tangy kimchi, chilly sauce, and melty cheese on top of a crispy crust.

For the sauce

Instructions
Prepare the sauce
Heat sesame oil in a pan or saucepan over medium heat. Add the kimchi, garlic and chilli sauce, cook for 1-2 minutes (stir occasionally).

1 tablespoon kimchi,

Stir in sugar and tomato sauce, cook for 1 minute, then lower the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes more or until the sauce thickens slightly.

Transfer the sauce to a bowl and let it cool
Assemble and bake
Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F.
Press the pizza crust on the bottom of the baking pan.

Spread the pizza sauce on top of the pizza crust.
Scatter the kimchi evenly over the sauce.

Finally, cover with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Place the baking sheet in the fully heated oven.
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Slice it and serve!
Notes
To prevent your pizza from getting soggy, cook your toppings well until the sauce has a thicker consistency.
Make sure the sauce is at room temperature before topping it in your pizza crust.
