Best Kimchi To Use
For less complications, use baechu kimchi. It is the most common kimchi, and the most available as well. It is made with salted and rinsed cabbages coated in hot red pepper flakes, onion, garlic, ginger, and optional fish sauce.
Cheese
Let's talk about cheese; I love using mozzarella in all my pizza recipes. However, aside from mozzarella, provolone is the ideal option when it comes to melted cheeses, With its mild flavor and gooey texture.

Ingredients
Here are all the recipes I used in making this recipe:
Pizza Crust. I used store-bought pizza crust; however, You can make a homemade pizza crust if you have time.
Sesame Oil. Most Korean cuisines use sesame oil as it adds flavor to sauteing dishes. For this pizza recipe, we will cook the toppings in sesame oil for better flavor.
Chilli Sauce. I like to add chilli sauce in making the topping for a bit of spice and sauciness.
Kimchi. This is the star ingredient for this recipe, it will add the tangy, pungent, and sour flavor to the pizza.
Tomato Sauce. Tomato sauce has two purposes in this recipe, first is to give more flavor to the dish, the second is the base for the Pizza sauce.
Garlic. It makes a huge difference in cooking your toppings. With the presence of garlic as a flavoring agent, the taste of this pizza's topping is improved.
Mozzarella Cheese. I love it because it doesn't turn oily and melts so fast.

Third Step - Bake The Pizza

- Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Slice it and enjoy!
Top Tips!
- Some of us prefer a soft pizza crust instead of the common and most preferred crunchy texture of the pizza. If you like the former, cook the pizza for less time or cook it at a lower temperature.
- To prevent your pizza from getting soggy, cook your toppings well until the sauce has a thicker consistency. Watery sauce creates soggy pizza crusts.
- Make sure the sauce is at room temperature before topping it in your pizza crust, or else your pizza will become too soft and will not be crisp when the baking is done.
Serving Suggestions
Serve this Kimchi Pizza with Malfouf salad on the side. Malfouf salad uses a bunch of veggies and would effortlessly complement the taste of the pizza.
Coleslaw would also make a perfect side dish for your pizza as it is light and fresh in taste.
