You'll Need
Crescent dough: I used store-bought crescent dough (keep it in the fridge until needed). You may use a puff pastry sheet instead.
Pizza sauce: Store-bought or homemade. However, choose a thick pizza sauce for better texture.
Dried thyme: Just for extra flavor.
Cheese: I used Mozzarella cheese and Feta cheese.
Bell pepper: Fresh to add some crunchiness.
Green olives: Necessary for the true Italian taste
How To Make How To Make Pizza Crescent Rolls?
Once you have all the components ready, with the vegetables chopped and cheese grated, you can start with the preparation:

One: Before anything else, preheat the oven to 180C / 350F.
Two: Line a baking pan with baking parchment. Roll out the crescent dough till it is laid out evenly in front of you.
Tip: It is easier to handle this dough while chilled, so if it gets too soft while working, chill it in the fridge for a few minutes.
Three: Mix the pizza sauce, thyme, and salt in a small bowl. then spread out the mixture evenly on top of the crescent dough (leave out about a centimetre at the ends dry.
Four: Sprinkle the mozzarella and feta cheese, bell pepper and olive slices over the layer of sauce we just created.
Tip: Don't overfill the dough with filling to be able to roll it out and prevent the filling from spilling out during baking.
Five: Tightly roll one of the long sides of the dough into a Swiss roll (take your time, and be careful not to spill anything out). Then pinch the edges to seal them well.
Tip: Seal the edges well to ensure the filling stays inside while baking.
Six: After this, you’ll find yourself standing in front of a large unbaked pizza roll. Cut this giant pizza roll evenly into slices about 3 cm thick.
Seven: Put the rolls cut side up on the baking pan before placing them into the oven.
Eight: Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve warm!
