You only need five ingredients and less than 5 minutes to make this easy chocolate almond fudge that is SO delicious. No cooking is involved in making it; all you need is chocolate chips, condensed milk, and a little of the butter along with any nuts you prefer.
Chocolate Almond Fudge
I love making fudge because it is easy for me to mix in my favourite ingredients, such as dried fruit, nuts, or even some candies. This chocolate fudge is my go-to treat for holidays, especially Christmas.
It is fudgy and super creamy with a bite of crunchiness. SUPER delicious!
One of the best things that I love about this recipe is it comes together in as little as 5 minutes, and you don't even need to use the oven or a mixer.
Also, it makes the perfect Christmas gift for my neighbours!
After trying and testing this recipe so many times, my secret to the best chocolate fudge ever is to use the highest quality chocolate you can get; it really makes all the difference!
I also flavored this chocolate fudge with flaked almonds and shredded coconut, which was AMAZING.
Chocolate Almond Fudge Ingredients
Chocolate chips: I use semi-sweet chocolate chips. You can use dark or milk chocolate.
Almond: For a bit of crunchiness, I like to use flaked almonds. You can use slivered almonds, roasted almonds, whatever you want. You may even replace almonds with walnuts or hazelnuts.
Butter: I use salted butter; if you use unsalted butter, make sure to add a pinch of salt to balance the flavor. You may use coconut oil instead.
Condensed milk: It gives a creamy texture to my chocolate fudge. I use full-fat sweetened condensed milk.
Coconut: I also like to add shredded coconut for flavor and texture.
How to make Chocolate Almond Fudge?
One: Line a 9 inches pan with parchment paper and set a side.
Two: In a microwave-safe bowl, put chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk. Microwave for 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted.
Pro Tip: If you don't want to use a microwave, you can melt them in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and use a whisk to mix everything together until melted.
Three: Add flaked almonds and coconut to the chocolate mixture and mix until combined.
Four: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Five: Take the fudge out of the fridge, then peel off the parchment paper. Cut the fudge into small squares and serve.
Pro Tip: For clean cuts, make sure to dip a sharp knife into a glass filled with hot water before each slice of the fudge.

Marshmallows: preferably mini marshmallow
Nuts: walnut, pine, or pistachio
Dried Fruits: raisin, sultana, or cranberry
Fudge will be affected by the weather; warm and humid weather will make it very soft (more than it should be). So, it is better to store it in the fridge.
Yes, you can. Wrap the cut fudge pieces in plastic wrap or parchment paper, place in an airtight container, then freeze for up to 3-4 months.
