    Recipe FAQs

How can I make this recipe dairy-free?

Although Koreans mostly use dairy milk for strawberry milk, we cannot deny that some people would not enjoy it, especially those who are not advised to eat nor drink anything with dairy. Worry not though, because you can still enjoy this recipe by simply using plant-based milk like almond milk and soy milk instead of the regular milk you have at home.

Can I make the strawberry puree ahead?

Yes! Keep them in an airtight container, and chill them in the refrigerator. Chilled strawberry puree actually makes this recipe more flavorful. Take the puree out of the fridge when you are already going to use it.
