  • Crack the egg on the mug, then whisk it using a fork or whisker.
  • Add the peanut butter and the melted butter then whisk.
  • After that, add the almond flour, powdered erythritol and baking powder and keep whisking.
  • Then, add the chocolate shapes and shredded coconut, stir.
  • You can add some chocolate chips and shredded coconut on the top too if you want.
  • After that, microwave the mug cake for 2 minutes.
  • Then, serve.

My advice for you is to use a big mug for making this cake because this cake tends to rise quite high while cooking.

    tastes delicious and than I plugged into my carb manager it was 11 net carbs and 385 calories. did I use the wrong almond flour ,,, what break down did you get? I better drink a NAT and get back into ketosis stat!
