Ingredients:
Make sure you have these ingredients in your kitchen to make the easy keto granola bars.

Almond
Hazelnuts
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Shredded coconut
Melted butter
Peanut butter
No sugar added maple syrup
Pinch of salt
How to make the no-bake low carb granola bars:

- Firstly, add all the nuts and seeds you prefer for making these delicious granola bars in a bowl. I used almonds, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and shredded coconut then mixed all.
- Add to the previous mixture salt and the melted butter then mix thoroughly.
- Next, add the peanut butter (that is at room temperature) and combine well with all the nuts.
- Finally, add the sugar-free maple syrup and mix one more time. Now you have made the keto granola mixture!
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture in the baking dish and press it with the palm of your hands until it holds together.
- Refrigerate it for an hour or two.
- Get the low carb granola bars out of the refrigerator and slice it.
- Now the keto low carb granola bars are ready to be served.

How to store it:
Cut small pieces of parchment papers to put under each slice of the granola bars. Then keep them in a tight air box in the fridge.

Tips for better low carb keto granola bars:
I have used a 15x13 cm baking dish.
These ingredients will make 12 thin bars if you want more or if you like the bars to be thicker then you can double the ingredients.
You can use any other kind of nuts or seeds you prefer however make sure to use the same measurement in the recipe which is around two cups of any type of seeds and nuts.

- Add the sugar-free maple syrup and mix one more time.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture in the dish and press it with the palm of your hands until it holds together.
- Refrigerate it for an hour or two.
- Get the low carb granola bars out of the refrigerator and slice it
