This spicy roasted cauliflower is super delicious and easy side dish made with a whole cauliflower cut into small florets and seasoned with paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder along with a tablespoon of hot sauce.

Then oven roasted until tender in the middle and crispy on the edges. It is the perfect side dish that can be served almost with everything.

    Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

This roasted cauliflower recipe is seriously good; it is fresh, tasty, and vegan. It takes only a few minutes to prepare. I like to make this dish 2-3 days ahead of time and keep it in the fridge and simply reheat it in the air fryer, oven or microwave when I need it.

When I buy a cauliflower head, I always look for 2 things: one that has a white colour and a firm texture.

This is a wonderful roasted cauliflower recipe that i am sure everyone will love and enjoy.

    What You’ll Need

Note: This is an overview of the ingredients. See the recipe card for full information on ingredients and quantities.

Cauliflower: Before I use it, I cut the whole heat into small florets, soak them in water for about 10-15 minutes, then drain well and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Note: Check this to learn how to cut the whole cauliflower head into small florets.

Seasonings: Hot paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Olive oil: I use extra virgin olive oil; you may also use avocado oil or vegetable oil.

Hot sauce: Any brand you prefer, I used sriracha.

    Spring onion: Chopped, for serving.
