In this recipe, I will not be going to cook the chicken in the oven; this chicken breast recipe is more like grilled chicken breasts added in a garlic sauce to make them juicy and tender.

This chicken recipe needs a few ingredients which you will find below.
- Chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Butter
- Chicken broth/stock

- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh thyme
This chicken breast recipe serves eight people.
How To Make Garlic Butter Herb Chicken Breast
Preparing the chicken: Wash the chicken breasts then cut them lengthwise after that pat on them with a kitchen towel to dry them.
Mix all the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper then sprinkle the mixture over the chicken breasts.
Grilling the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat add the olive oil and butter, once the butter is melted arrange the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side or until becomes golden brown.
Transfer the chicken in a plate then set aside.
Making the sauce: In the same skillet add, the garlic for less than a minute then add the chicken broth and thyme then bring the mixture to a boil.
Add the chicken breasts to the mixture for about 5-8 minutes or until the liquid reduces.
Garnish with chopped parsley then serve.
How To Serve This Garlic Chicken Recipe
For a whole meal, you can add some boiled peas in the sauce with the chicken to cook together then serve them with some rice or a bowl of cauliflower rice (if you are on a low carb diet).
Also serve with sauteed whole mushroom.
