    These garlic chicken breasts are so moist and flavourful. It is an easy recipe to make it takes less than 30 minutes. In this recipe, I will not be going to cook the chicken in the oven; this chicken breast recipe is more like grilled chicken breasts added in a garlic sauce to make them juicy and tender.

    I consider this the best chicken breast recipe not only because these garlic chicken breasts are delicious but also because the butter garlic sauce makes these chicken breasts smell and tastes so good. As well as, it is a super easy recipe with few ingredients.

    Yes, you can, let the chicken defrost in the room temperature then dry it well using a paper kitchen towel to absorb all the excess water then follow the instruction.

    Ingredients

    This chicken recipe needs a few ingredients which you will find below.

    • Chicken breasts
    • Olive oil
    • Garlic
    • Butter
    • Chicken broth/stock

    Spices

    • Salt
    • Ground black pepper
    • Cayenne pepper
    • Onion powder
    • Garlic powder
    • Fresh parsley

    This chicken breast recipe serves eight people.

    How To Make The Garlic Chicken Breasts

    Preparing the chicken: Wash the chicken breasts then cut them lengthwise after that pat on them with a kitchen towel to dry them.

    Mix all the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper then sprinkle the mixture over the chicken breasts.

    Grilling the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat add the olive oil and butter, once the butter is melted arrange the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 7-8 minutes on each side or until becomes golden brown.

    Transfer the chicken in a plate then set aside.

    Making the sauce: In the same skillet add, the garlic for less than a minute then add the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil.

    Add the chicken breasts to the mixture for about 5-8 minutes or until the liquid reduces.

    Garnish with chopped parsley then serve.

    How To Serve This Garlic Chicken Recipe

    For a whole meal, you can add some boiled peas in the sauce with the chicken to cook together then serve them with some rice or a bowl of cauliflower rice (if you are on a low carb diet)

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 cloves garlic minced
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • ½ cup chicken broth
