    Tuna avocado salad is healthy, light, and super easy lunch recipe. It is loaded with avocados, tuna chunks, sweetcorn, onions, and boiled eggs. In this recipe, the avocado replaces mayonnaise and give the salad a creamy texture and makes it more nutritious as well.

    Avocado, diced
    Sweetcorn
    Tuna, drained
    Spring onions, sliced
    Hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters
    Juice of a lemon
    Salt
    Ground black pepper
