This cake needs only four ingredients, most of which you will find in your pantry.
- Peach or any canned fruit in syrup
- Frozen blueberries
- Yellow cake mix
- Butter, cut into small pieces
How to make Blueberry Peach Dump Cake?
Preheat the oven to 170C/350F.
Spread the peach evenly in a 9-inch baking dish. Top the peach with the frozen blueberries. Sprinkle the cake mix over the blueberries. Place the butter pieces on the top of the cake mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes then serve.
Stooging and freezing
This peach blueberry dump cake stores very well. You can leave it at room temperature for 2 days, refrigerate for 3-4 days, or freeze in a freezer-safe container for a whole month.
You can top it with some chopped nuts, chocolate or caramel chips, a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream.
