This baked salmon with ginger and soy sauce is a flavourful Asian style salmon dish. Tender salmon fillets marinated in soy, garlic, and honey sauce and baked to perfection. Easy and simple weeknight dinner that will be ready in just 20 minutes.
Baked Salmon With Ginger And Soy Sauce
I usually make this dish for dinner every Friday; my family and I adore it. This baked honey glazed salmon is so tender and delicious also it is super tasty especially if you marinate it for a couple of hours. Don't like marinating or don't have time for it, don't worry, it will still be super delicious without marinating as well.
For me, cooking salmon in the oven is the best way to have an easy dinner. All you need to do is combine all the marinade ingredients then toss the salmon fillet in the sauce and marinate for a couple of hours then bake, and the best oven-baked salmon will be ready in just 10-15 minutes.

- Salmon filets: I use salmon with skin on. I find the skin to be so crispy after baking. However, you can use skin-off salmon filets if you like.
- Sesame oil: It adds a delicious nutty flavor to your dish.
- Soy sauce: It adds amazing flavor.
- Garlic: I use fresh garlic.
- Ginger: I prefer fresh ginger, it adds a spicy flavor.
- Honey: you may use brown sugar or maple syrup instead.
- Salt & Ground black pepper: To taste.
