How To Make The Aubergine Recipe With Minced Beef:

Making The Beef:

  • In a small pot add the minced beef, minced onion and all the spices on medium heat.
  • Then, add 2 cups of water, cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until all the liquids have reduced and the meat is fully cooked.

Grilling The Aubergines:

  • Peel the aubergines then wash and drain.
  • Then, spray an oven sheet with oil then place the aubergines and spray the top and bottom of each piece with oil.
  • After that, bake for 20 minutes or until the aubergines cooked.

Assemble Everything:

  • In a small bowl, add the tomato sauce, minced garlic, salt and pepper then stir.
  • Place a layer of the grilled aubergines in an oven dish and top with some of the tomato sauce.
  • Then, add a layer of the beef.
  • Add some tomato sauce.
  • Repeat with the remaining aubergines.
  • Then, bake for 40 minutes.
  • After that, garnish with some chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot.
