    These almond flour parmesan crackers are made with almond flour, parmesan, mozzarella, cream cheese and seasoned with paprika, dried basil, onion and garlic powder.

    These low carb snacks take about 15 minutes in the oven. They can pair with any dip or serve with smashed avocado or even serve plain with any keto drink. You will love these healthy and keto-friendly crackers.

    Ingredients I used to make these Almond Flour Parmesan Crackers

    • Eggs
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • Parmesan
    • Cream cheese
    • Almond flour

    Spices:

    • Onion powder
    • Garlic powder
    • Paprika
    • Chilli powder
    • Dry basil

    Cheese Crackers

    1- First start by preheating your oven to 210ºC.
    2- Then, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, parmesan in a bowl and microwave for one minute. The cheese will not be melted completely.
    3- After that, add the almond flour and quickly stir the ingredients using a spatula until the almond flour and cheeses have fully combined.
    4- Leave the batter to cool down for two minutes.
    5- After that, add the egg, salt, and the spices. Then, combine everything well.
    6- Now, put the dough between two large sheets of parchment paper.
    7- Then, use a rolling pin to spread the dough out. Try to make it a thin layer.
    8- After that, use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares then, move them to a baking sheet.
    9- Bake, these keto snacks for 15 minutes or until they are golden.
    10- Allow them to cool then serve.

    Tips and suggestions for best low carb snacks:

    • These keto almond flour cheese crackers are not so crispy; also, they are not so soft. You can make them more crispy by baking them on the two sides till they are golden. Also, try to make them thin as much as you can.
    • Use any other spices you prefer.
    • Optional, you can sprinkle with more mozzarella or parmesan when they get out of the oven.
