Easy, simple and quick no churn Honeycomb Ice Cream recipe made without an ice cream machine. The perfect sweet summertime treat for my whole family.

Honeycomb Ice Cream Recipe
I couldn't resist not sharing this easy no-churn ice cream recipe with you guys. I prepared it in no time at all and with only 6 ingredients.
The recipe is extremely decadent, smooth, creamy, and crunchy all at the same time. After making lots of ice cream recipes, this one is my favorite.
Despite its impressive appearance and delectable flavor, it is simple to make. Believe me when I tell you that even though the preparation of this homemade ice cream could appear to be a challenging endeavor done in your kitchen, it really can't be any easier than this.
You will be good to go with just a bowl, anything that can be used to stir, and a container. If you have those three things, then all are set for the making of this recipe.

What Is A Honeycomb Candy?
It is light, airy, crunchy and sweet; it is usually made with sugar, corn syrup or golden syrup, water and baking soda. It has a beautiful golden brown color, and it tastes like toffee or caramel candy.
No-Churn Ice Cream
The use of an ice cream maker is not necessary to prepare no-churn ice cream, instead, you will just have to stir and combine the ingredients with the use of your hand.
No-churn ice cream is a wonderful alternative for people who do not have room or money for an ice cream machine but still like to make their homemade ice cream. Ice cream makers can be quite cumbersome and require a significant amount of storage area.

What's in This Recipe?
- Heavy Cream (Double Cream). This is the secret to a smooth and creamy texture.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk. I love it because it adds a sweeter taste and creamier texture to my recipe.
- Vanilla Bean Paste. It enhances the flavor.
- Maple syrup: I used just a small amount to enhance the flavor.
- Honeycomb. I used a crushed honeycomb for this recipe. Honeycomb makes this ice cream deliciously sweet and crunchy.
- White Chocolate Chips. Of course, I cannot forget some good chocolate for this recipe!

Variations & Substitutions
- Make it chocolaty! You may add cocoa powder and swap the white chocolate chips for dark chocolate chips.
- Top your ice cream with maraschino cherries. It is sweet and has a sundae vibe to it, not to mention it makes the ice cream look classic with its ruby-red hue.
- You may use vanilla extract or almond extract instead of vanilla bean paste.
- If you have a sweet tooth you may add ¼ cup of cane sugar or brown sugar.
How to Make Easy Honeycomb Ice Cream?

One: In a medium bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Two: Stir in condensed milk and vanilla bean paste until combined.
Three: Fold in the honeycomb and chocolate chips into the cream mixture.
Four: Transfer the mixture into a container, cover it well and freeze for 3-4 hours.
Top Tips!
- For this no-churn ice cream, you may either make use of a portable electric whisk or a standing mixer that comes equipped with a whisk attachment to completely stir the ingredients.
- Make sure the heavy cream is cold, and don't overbeat it! Otherwise, it will have a grainy texture, not silky and smooth.
- When adding the honeycomb pieces that have been crushed and the white chocolate chips, take caution not to overwork the mixture and beat the air out of it. Fold together well using a metal spoon or spatula.
Serving Suggestions
I love to serve my ice cream on top of my 3 Ingredient Chocolate Cherry Dump Cake or Blueberry and Peach Dump Cake.
For a more summery vibe, I serve this ice cream in between two pieces of Biscoff Biscuits, creating a flavorful ice cream sandwich.
Cocoa Cherry Brownies also make a wonderful side dish for this recipe!

Storage
You have to always freeze this recipe if you are not planning to serve it already because it will surely melt even at room temperature.
Store the ice cream in a freezer-safe container or a loaf tin, and freeze it for up to 3 months.
