I would like to use fresh ginger because I have a lot of it. I don't usually stock ground dried ginger. How much do you think I should use of fresh ginger? I know other websites say 1/4 ground ginger is the same as 1 TBS fresh ginger, but I have a hard time believing that! What is your opinion?
