This Scrambled Eggs is my special egg breakfast recipe with minced beef, spinach and other vegetables. It is a colourful meal full of vitamins and proteins. I think you can have this meal either at breakfast or at dinner. Also, you can serve it with some green salad.

To Make Scrambled Eggs, you Will Need:
- Pre-cooked minced beef
- Tomato sauce
- Tomato
- Green bell pepper
- Yellow bell pepper
- Onion
- Baby spinach leafs
- Eggs
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Green olive
- Parsley
Important Tips and Suggestions:
In this recipe, you will use a pre-cooked minced beef. Also, it is advised to use fresh spinach in place of frozen ones as it gives a better taste.
You can add any other vegetables you prefer or replace any. Also, you can add some mushroom or cheese if you like.
How to Make the Scrambled Eggs with Minced Beef:
Firstly, chop the onions, green and yellow bell peppers and tomatoes to small pieces.
In a medium-sized skillet, add the chopped bell peppers and onions. Then add some butter.
Stir from time to time on medium heat until the mixture becomes soft.
Now add the minced beef and spinach, and stir.
Then add the tomatoes, salt and ground pepper.
Finally, add the eggs and stir until all ingredients mix well.
Lower the heat for 2 minutes, and then turn off the heat.
Add green olives on top.
Garnish with some fresh chopped parsley.
