The salty smoked salmon tastes fantastic with the scrambled eggs and adding heavy cream to the eggs helps in making it fluffy and silky. Who can resist such a tasty dish?

- Smoked salmon
- Butter
- Eggs
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Heavy cream
- Fresh parsley
How To Make Scrambled Eggs With Smoked Salmon:
Prepare the salmon; I like to chop the smoked salmon to small pieces.
Prepare the eggs; In a bowl whisk the eggs, heavy cream salt and black pepper.
Cooking the eggs; Add the butter to a hot skillet over medium heat.
When the butter melts add the egg mixture, stir.
Assemble everything; When the egg is fully cooked turn off the heat, then add the smoked salmon and mix.
Garnish; Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top.
Serve hot.

- ¼ teaspoon salt
