Keto Coffee Mug Cake Ingredients
- Almond flour
- Butter
- Egg
- Baking powder
- Erythritol
- Coffee
- Coconut flour
- Water (or almond milk)
- Unsweetened chocolate chips
These ingredients will make two small mugs or one big mug.
How to Make Keto Coffee Mug Cake:
- Add the egg and melted butter in a small bowl and whisk.
- Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, coffee and erythritol and whisk again.
- Then add water and continue to whisk.
- When the consistency is smooth, pour the mixture into a mug.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- In another small bowl, add the chocolate chips, then microwave for 10 seconds. Remove and whisk.
- Add the melted chocolate on top of the coffee cake. Enjoy.
