How to make Honey Maple Chicken Thighs?
Firstly, you’d like to take out your chicken thighs and give them a nice rinse. After which, dry the chicken with a paper towel and proceed to season it with some salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, start prepping the chicken sauce. Add the soy sauce, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and hoisin sauce until well combined. Set this bowl aside for later.
Now place a skillet over high heat, and heat the olive oil. Add in the chicken thighs and let them cook in the oil on medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Now, pour the bowl of maple syrup mixture we had set aside earlier on top of the chicken. Let this sauce cook with the chicken for 5-6 minutes more. Probably, until the sauce thickens and caramelizes. The thighs should look glazed well with the sauce. Once done, turn off the heat and garnish with some fresh parsley.
This easy, intricate combination of flavours is ready to impress a few, if not all!

Recipe FAQ
Yes, you absolutely can! We cooked them in a skillet over the stovetop, but that’s not necessarily the best way to go about it. You can grill these as well; those lines add an extra smokiness that a skillet may not achieve. And, of course, you can even bake them. For baking them, just place these in the oven at 400F for 30 to 40 minutes. For both methods, just ensure that you dip and coat them in the sauces plenty of times before cooking.
Chicken thighs have a ton of connective tissues and fat. The connective tissues or tendons dissolve when they’re cooked at high temperatures. These connective tissues usually dissolve into a squishy gelatine, which makes the chicken appear juicy and soft.
