    Today we will make cheesecake differently. We will use an unusual component which is, yougert. Not just any yougert, but greek style yogurt because it is healthy, light and keto-friendly. Also, we will add more sugar substitute to adjust the yogurt taste. Moreover, I will not add any lemon or orange extracts. This sugar-free greek yogurt cheesecake will be beautifully plain because I would like to enjoy the taste of this classic cheesecake.

    I Always top my cheesecake with fruits. But, this time, I want to make it different. So, I will top it with both chocolate chips and grated.

    Ingredients for making sugar-free greek yogurt cheesecake:

    Crust:

    • Almond flour
    • Coconut flour
    • Erythritol
    • Butter melted
    Greek Yogurt Cheesecake

    Filling:

    • Cream cheese
    • Greek style yogurt
    • Eggs
    • Erythritol
    • Vanilla extract
    • Stevia drops

    Topping:

    • Unsweetened dark chocolate chips
    • Dark chocolate, Grated

    How to make the sugar free yogurt cheesecake:

    How to make the cheesecake crust?

    • Combine all the ingredients and mix very well until they are all combined well. 
    • Then, Place the crust in a springform and press on it with your fingers.
    • After that leave it aside until making the filling.

    How to make the cheesecake filling?

    • Mix the cheese and yogurt well using the hand mixer.
    • Then, add the erythritol, vanilla extract and stevia drops and keep mixing.
    • After that, start adding the eggs one at a time.
    • Then, After everything are well combined pour the mixture on the crust.
    • After that, bake for 45 minutes at 200 C.
    • Leave the cheesecake to cool, Then, refrigerate.
    • After that, add the topping and serve.

    You can top the sugar-free yogurt cheesecake with:

    • Fresh strawberry.
    • Melted chocolate.
    • Whipped cream.
    • Fresh raspberry.
    • Fresh blueberry.
    • Sparkle Powdered Erythritol
    • Sparkle unsweetened cocoa powder
    • Low carb strawberry jam
    • Low carb blueberries or raspberries jam

    Advice for better sugar-free yogurt cheesecake:

    • The best advice ever when it comes to cheesecake is don't overcook it.
    • Put any topping of your choice.
    • You must refrigerate before topping or serving.
    • If you like the cheesecake crust to be crunchy, bake it for 10 minutes and let it cool before adding the filling to it.
