Also, we will add more sugar substitute to adjust the yogurt taste. Moreover, I will not add any lemon or orange extracts. This sugar-free greek yogurt cheesecake will be beautifully plain because I would like to enjoy the taste of this classic cheesecake.
I Always top my cheesecake with fruits. But, this time, I want to make it different. So, I will top it with both chocolate chips and grated.

Crust:
- Almond flour
- Coconut flour
- Erythritol
- Butter melted
Filling:
- Cream cheese

- Erythritol
- Vanilla extract
- Stevia drops

How to make the cheesecake crust?
- Combine all the ingredients and mix very well until they are all combined well.
- Then, Place the crust in a springform and press on it with your fingers.
- After that leave it aside until making the filling.
How to make the cheesecake filling?
- Mix the cheese and
yogurt well using the hand mixer. - Then, add the erythritol, vanilla extract and stevia drops and keep mixing.
- After that, start adding the eggs one at a time.
- Then, After everything are well combined pour the mixture on the crust.
- After that, bake for 45 minutes at 200 C.
- Leave the cheesecake to cool, Then, refrigerate.
- After that, add the topping and serve.
