This sugar-free keto cheesecake with Greek yogurt is one of the best low carb cheesecakes ever. It is made with greek yogurt and topped with unsweetened chocolate chips.
Keto Sugar-Free Greek Yogurt Cheesecake
Today I will make cheesecake differently. I will use an unusual component which is, yogurt. Not just any yogurt, but greek style yogurt because it is healthy, light and keto-friendly.
Also, I will add more sugar substitute to adjust the yogurt taste. Moreover, I will not add any lemon or orange extracts. This sugar-free greek yogurt cheesecake will be beautifully plain because I would like to enjoy the taste of this classic cheesecake.
I Always top my cheesecake with fruits. But, this time, I want to make it different. So, I will top it with both chocolate chips and grated.
Ingredients

For the crust, I use almond flour, coconut flour, Erythritol and melted butter.
For the filling, I used Philadelphia cream cheese,
I also topped this cheesecake with unsweetened dark chocolate chips and grated dark chocolate.
How to Make Sugar-Free Keto Greek Yogurt Cheesecake
Make the crust:
- Combine all the ingredients and mix very well until they are all combined well.
- Then, Place the crust in a 20cm springform and press on it with your fingers.
- After that leave it aside until making the filling.
Make the filling:
- Preheat the oven to at 180C / 350F.
- Mix the cheese and
yogurt well using the hand mixer. - Then, add the erythritol and vanilla extract, keep mixing.
- After that, start adding the eggs one at a time.
- Then, After everything are well combined pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Leave the cheesecake to cool, Then, refrigerate.
- After that, sprinkle with chocolate chips and the grated dark chocolate and serve.
