    The most delicious and tender chicken breasts cooked in a thick creamy garlic mushroom sauce. Wow! this one pan creamy mushroom chicken is my go-to easy dinner recipe.

    You can serve it with peas or mashed potatoes; it just goes perfectly with anything. It is super delicious, and it will be ready in less than 30 minutes, and the best part is, it's all in one pan.

    One Pan Creamy Mushroom Chicken Breasts

    The creamy mushroom sauce is the special thing about this recipe; in fact, it is the most delicious sauce you will ever make so if you like the recipe to have more sauce, you can double the amount.

    • Chicken breasts
    • Mushrooms
    • Olive oil
    • Butter
    • Onion powder
    • Heavy cream
    • Garlic
    • Cider vinegar
    • Chicken stock
    • salt
    • ground black pepper
    • Parsley (optional for garnishing)

    How To Make One Pan Creamy Mushroom Chicken Breasts

    Preparing the chicken breasts: Sprinkle salt, pepper and onion powder over the chicken on both sides.

    In a large skillet, heat one tablespoon of butter and the olive oil then add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.

    Take the chicken off the skillet, place them in a plate then set aside.

    Making the creamy garlic mushroom sauce: In the same skillet, add one tablespoon of butter, garlic and mushrooms, cook for 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms become golden brown.

    Add chicken stock, vinegar and heavy cream (slowly), stir then bring to a boil then reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 3-4 minutes or until it slightly thickens.

    Add the chicken in the creamy mixture and garnish with chopped parsley.

    Serve and enjoy.

    • 400 g mushrooms
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 tablespoon butter
